THE WORLD WILL WITNESS THE SALVATION OF UGANDA TOMORROW 31st MARCH 2016 OR THE START OF ITS DESTRUCTION.

As the world awaits the ruling in the Petition by Hon. Amama Mbabazi due Thursday, 31st March 2016, what is important is whether the judges of the Supreme Court will be able to defend the integrity of Uganda, or make such a ruling to inform us that surely, irregularities were there, but they were not significant enough to affect the outcome.
Uganda during Museveni’s leadership has had morality greatly compromised to the extent that many people within the system cannot be ashamed of their works as long as they help the system however rotten it is to go on.

We are aware of the multiple irregularities that went on during the February 2016 Presidential elections.  It is the summation of these irregularities that the Supreme Court has to address.  These among others included the turning off of the social media, the removal of mobile money facilities without warning to the general public, the failure by the electoral commission to deliver polling materials in time to the extent that in some places these were delivered by 1.00 pm.  The Electoral commission failed in its cardinal duty to instruct the Polling Station officers to ensure that the balancing as by the Biometric Voter verification machines balances with the number of valid votes as added to the invalid votes.  This balance rules out the possibility of tampering with the results in what is commonly known as voter staffing.

So, if the heroic announcement is made by the Supreme Court judges, this will be a new chapter in the politics of Uganda.  And, to many it will be a miracle, because people expect that the judges being appointees of Museveni, they cannot be credible enough to make a judgment that does not favour the incumbent, yet it is such a judgment that will begin a new chapter in Uganda.  The country cannot keep on being derailed by a few opportunists when people with integrity look on; and there is the general belief that the Supreme court judges will uphold the integrity expected of the Learned Friends they are to give a new start to Uganda which is deteriorating as a few opportunists struggle to keep their daily bread.

So, all in all, there is the expectation of the unbelievable to happen that the Supreme court will nullify the outcome of the 2016 Presidential elections, give new guidelines to guide the flow of things with the emphasis being that as long as there is consensus at the Polling station before the Declaration forms are signed, the eventual signing should stand such that the returning officer at the district simply gets these results as submitted and remits them to the electoral commission, and that each candidate should have his copies of the declaration forms from each of the polling station whether he was represented or not. And for the sake of emphasis, the Biometric Verification machines should generate  a figure equal to the tallies made by the representatives of the candidates as well as the sum of the valid and invalid votes at each polling station.

DOES KAIHURA ALREADY KNOW THE EXPECTED OUTCOME OF THE SUPREME COURT RULING?

IGP Kale Kayihura
Security claims rebels to use Thursday’s Supreme court ruling as launchpad

In its new intelligence report written after an eleven-week investigation, police claims the latest attacks on police installations by armed gangs and killings in the western districts of Kasese and Bundibugyo are part of a deeper rebel plot in the wider Rwenzori East region.
According to the report titled Intelligence/Incident Highlights for Week 11 2016, compiled by the Directorate of Crime Intelligence Headquarters, Rwenzuru youths (Esyamango)/fighters are recruiting fighters in the districts of Kasese and Bundibugyo.
Police claims the recruits are collected and taken to the assembling centre at Bupomboli ground in Karanginzyo parish, Harugare sub-county in Bundibugyo district.
“At this centre, the recruits are briefed on the reasons of the struggle and given pre-training on how to use bows and arrows,” the report partly reads.
Police also claims that the Esyamango and ADF plan to fight the ruling NRM should the Supreme court justices rule on Thursday to uphold President Museveni’s re-election victory, which former  prime minister Amama Mbabazi challenged on March 1.
“Further information has it that the Esyamango and ADF are waiting for Hon Amama Mbabazi’s petition against the recent election of President Museveni. That in case the Supreme court rules in favour of President Museveni, they will attack military institutions to acquire arms to fight the ruling government.”
Police says the competent recruits from DR Congo enter Uganda through Busunga border and move to Bundibugyo and Kasese to spy on weaker military units where they can acquire arms.
Police says “security has been alerted about the above plans and the borderline including military installations in Rwenzori sub-region are heavily protected.”
The report also indicates that a new rebel group known as “Uganda Saving Force (USF)” has been formed.
The rebel group, according to the report, “claims to have both internal and external members.”
According to police, “the group is said to have absorbed many of the army and police deserters including other persons with military background.
It is now engaged in acquiring arms through robberies from security installations/personnel.”
In a press statement attached to the intelligence report, Fred Enanga, the police spokesman, said a number of violent attackers carried out separate attacks on police and the military in Kapchorwa last week.
“There was an attempt to attack the military barracks and in Bundibugyo both police and military officers were attacked during routine patrols and attempted to grab their guns and failed.”
He said several police and military officers were injured and six of the attackers were killed in what appeared to be an organized and premeditated action plan. Police chief Kale Kayihura has visited the Rwenzori sub-region severally to assess the security situation.
Meanwhile, Mbusa Nyamwisi, a former Congolese minister for Foreign Affairs, accused by the same intelligence report of funding the Congo-based rebel ADF and the Uganda Saving Force (USF), has strongly rejected the charge.
The police report claims that the Rwenzururu King Wesley Mumbere appointed Kiiza Mutengera, a Congolese national, to oversee the training of his Rwenzururu youths, while Nyamwisi funded the operation.
“I have many problems to solve in DR Congo, my own country; that is why I am in self-exile in South Africa. I have no reason to fight the Uganda government, which accommodated me in my various wars with Prof Wamba dia Wamba, Jean-Pierre Bemba and Joseph Kabila, among others,” Nyamwisi, speaking through an interpreter, said by telephone on March 22.
Nyamwisi said Uganda knows the problems in the Rwenzori sub-region and Kasese in particular and has the capacity to solve them.
“You extensively covered the part I was controlling as rebel leaders in parts of Beni and Bunia and others, you saw and witnessed my good working relationship with the UPDF. Even when they sided with my enemies, I did not antagonize them,” Nyamwisi added.
Nyamwisi once held the eastern territories before merging his army with the ICC-convicted Bemba who was controlling Gbadolite. And when the two disagreed, Nyamwisi fled to South Africa from where he joined Kabila’s government.

THE STORY: SHS 170M SMARTPHONES STOLEN IN KAMPALA TRAFFIC JAMS NEEDS TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY.

The stealing of smartphones valued at shs 170m from from pedestrians and motorists in Kampala between December 2015 and February this year has to be taken seriously.

1st, it shows that there are so many people out there without viable employment, yet they have to make a living, so, they resort to stealing among other things smartphones.

2nd, it is clear that many such stolen phones end up on Uganda market and are hence sold to unsuspecting public.

3rd, chances are that such stolen phones are easily used in committing crime. A case in point, just on Easter, someone sent a message to my Airtel number indicating that I had received MTN Mobile money shs 1,870,000 from: Mityana General stores Ltd. So, for someone who may not know how mobile money transactions work, chances that such message leads him/her to some loss cannot be ruled out.

IT IS SO SAD THAT AT 28, UGANDA'S GOAL KEEPER ABEL DHAIRA HAS PASSED ON.

The gentle, towering, and immensely gifted giant is gone. Abel Dhaira, the now former Uganda Cranes and IBV Vestmanaeyjar goalkeeper, breathed his last after succumbing to abdominal cancer on Sunday at an Iceland hospital.

Dhaira on his death bed a few days before he worsened and finally passed on, his father Bright Dhaira, a former Cranes goalkeeper, confirmed the sad news.

Dhaira Jnr was first diagnosed with abdominal cancer at Nsambya Hospital late last year.

After his condition failed to improve, he was flown back to his Iceland club, where he has been treated since before breathing his last.

Widely acclaimed as the most naturally gifted goalkeeper of his era, Dhaira Jnr started his career at Walukuba Football Club in Jinja.

From Walukuba he moved to Express, then URA, AS Vita (DRC), ÍBV (Iceland), Simba SC (Tanzania) and back to ÍBV. He last appeared for the Cranes in 2013.

Dhaira Jnr is best remembered for his flamboyant ball juggling skills and penalty saving specialty at Express.

He won the 2007 Kakungulu Cup (Uganda Cup) with Express, saving two spot kicks in the 4-2 final shootout victory over the then KCC, and three Cecafa titles with the Uganda Cranes in 2008, 2011 and 2012.

THE PEOPLE OF UGANDA NEED TO PRAY FOR THOSE WHO HAD A ROLE IN THE FRAUDULENT PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION RESULTS AS WE GO THROUGH EASTER.

Ugandans would be a happy lot if only evil had not eaten the mantle of those in state power. It disturbs to see how people who went to school and the type one would expect to have common sense sit down and start doctoring people's wishes.

Many of these people have read history. It is sad doing such stupid things in the eyes of those who went to school, yet when one knows that his name will equally be tarnished.

What is it that these people want? Some of them own the biggest pieces of land. They drive the most expensive vehicles. They have a fleet of businesses, but because their common sense fails, they do not understand that the scheme they are party to can leave them the worst beings.

As we pray that they re-gain their senses, we also need to kindly ask the Lord Jesus Who has resurrected to day to give their heads some treatment, because the whole world is looking to them and many cannot understand the stupid schemes implemented at this age of information technology.

WHY DID MANY MPs FAIL TO MAKE IT BACK IN THE 2016 GENERAL ELECTION IN UGANDA?

It is Easter.  Many people who are evil and evil hearted celebrate big and contribute handsomely in Church.  Unfortunately, behind some of these guys who are influential in society (Uganda) it is evil: bad policies, ignoring the welfare of the masses, and worse the worshipping of Museveni which is responsible for many ills in our society.  To many of these, as long as Museveni is in the steering, they are sure of decent living as majority of Ugandans languish in poverty, disease and the uncertain future.

God punished the Members of Parliament (MPs) who failed either to make it in the primaries and others at election.  These MPs understand Museveni and what he wants.  They forget that Museveni came and he will go and their name will be remembered for contributing to his rule which has made so many long for better but unfortunately no means.

These MPs are the type who have failed to listen to our voices and the voices of common sense.  They thought as long as Museveni is at the top, everything is okay for them, but they forgot that God is above all.

We have gone to school, unfortunately, people in the NRM Government are free to treat us as if we never went to school.  I for one have had 3 computers collapse simply because the state does not want my propaganda.  I don't know which MP failed when he /she has had concerns about this type of treatment.  If I cannot access Facebook from my smart phone, someone in Government is not bothered as long as such does not affect him.  if one's blogs are destroyed just instantly because of politics, this type of MPs are not concerned.

if I can solicit/fundraise for a good cause for the betterment of the people of Uganda who are impoverished, and the NRM Government machinery does not enable me to access any of such funding or instead block my communication, what do you expect?

I for one pray to God to deal with those who persecute me.  I just keep warning all those who think that they have to do whatever Government wants without using their common sense, they will suffer the consequences.  You can hold the monies we fundraise, but this will not go on without getting to an end.  You surely will pay for your evil and sins. I thank God, though the NRM Government has been that bad to me, there are people out there who have been concerned about my plight.  It is not easy if the hand of the state treats you the way I have been treated since 2010.  But I leave it all to God to pay whoever have a role in these evil schemes.

We went to school.  Some of us instead of wishing to steal tax payer funds, have come up with projects that can be funded by people outside the country, but surely, if Government machinery comes in between and you cannot access such funding and or if they equally decide to block your communication, you remain to pray to God to bail you out.
It is Easter.  There is still opportunity for those with evil hearts to change.

WHY DID JESUS HAVE TO DIE FOR OUR SINS?
The reason Jesus had to die for our sins was so that we could be forgiven and go to be with the Lord. Jesus is God in flesh (John 1:1, 14, Col. 2:9), and only God can satisfy the Law requirements of a perfect life and perfect sacrifice that cleanses us of our sins.
